With over 35 years in technology and commercial leadership, Paul O’Reilly has built his career at the intersection of innovation and execution. From pioneering early-stage technology launches to leading complex international programmes, he has consistently brought emerging technologies to market with clarity and commercial focus. His reputation was shaped by being ahead of the curve - introducing new systems, building distribution models, and scaling operations long before digital transformation became mainstream.
That same mindset has continued at VIVID Digital Retail: identifying where retail technology is heading next, and ensuring it is delivered superbly well.
Today, Paul leads VIVID Digital Retail, a specialist practice focused exclusively on technology and brand experience delivery into retail.
VIVID works closely with global technology partners and a highly experienced team of consultants and technologists to deliver large-format LED display integration, digital signage networks, audio system design, content management platforms and emerging in-store technologies.
The approach is deliberately boutique: senior-led, technically rigorous and operationally precise.
Every project is structured around expert teams and seamless integration, ensuring digital display, audio and content systems support the commercial objectives of the space.

VIVID Digital Retail was established in response to a clear service delivery gap in the market that Paul repeatedly encountered. Retailers were investing heavily in immersive digital experiences, yet often lacked a technology partner to design, deliver and support those environments end-to-end.
Having led complex retail and commercial AV programmes for many years, Paul saw the need for a consultancy with tighter operational focus and clearer ownership.
The ambition was simple: to build a partner business that consults, designs, supplies, installs and supports integrated display, audio and content systems with the care of an internal team - but the expertise of a dedicated specialist.
That principle still underpins VIVID’s operating model today. Projects are driven by accountability, technical precision and measurable in-store impact, not just equipment supply.
